I gave a 4 because the staff is always nice and I've been going to this location for years. Unfortunately they now allow people to WALK in the drive thru cutting off the cars that are waiting. I've literally seen people drive in, park their cars and walk to the window to avoid long lines. They definitely need to open the actual store or find a new system of servicing their customers. This is completely ridiculous

Finally better customer service. And some of old staff are the best workers. The new team members need more help in customer service ! And the need more training on how to handle us customers!!

The employees are very kind, friendly. The manager is so sweet. She greets everyone with a friendly smile, and always has my coffee ready when I do...on the go. Coffee is fresh n hot.

This is my favorite Dunkin, the nice lady who is always there makes my order perfect everytime, she so use to seeing my car pull up and knows what I want before I even have to say it through the speaker lol thanks for the great service

Well, this was my first time at this particular DD and upon entering I was greeted with a smile from the lady behind the register. She was very nice, asked my order and I was served. She let me know the straws and napkins were to the side and I parted ways. So, I would say I experienced very nice workers, who greeted people with a smile. It was empty when I arrived around 11 am, very clean. So I was in and out.
