This wawa is very unorganized. Took three people to check for my order that I placed on the machine. Coffee done in five minutes. 20 mins later my sandwich was done. Unacceptable. Review strictly for the sandwich staff. Cashier was cool. Oh and look at the box! Dirty!

Very poor service after midnight. Store is disorganized with messy stocked items. I was in the store last night after midnight and one of the food service staff yelled out to customers “If you ordered food there’s a 30 minute or more wait” You should tell people that before they order. Wawa has never had people waiting over 30 minutes for food This location is the worst in the city for late night

Love that they are open 24hours and rite across the street from my job.hate that the people fixing food and drinks hair isnt covered.wish the sandwich preppers did better making sandwiches i ordered a ham and cheese sandwich with mayo only one side had mayo on it and both slices of cheese were on one slice of bread. I dont see the point of them having security if the people who stand outside the store can still harass and beg from you then get belligerent when you tell them no.

Unprofessional stuff, I was here at 11:45pm, the cashier takes his time to even talk to you, while you are waiting by the counter. The lady working in the kitchen on the phone, and working slow because of the phone I believe so. I'm Not making this review to get people fired, but the to have the manager say at least something to these workers and hopefully they will improve their work habits.

This is the worst Wawa in Philadelphia. They are never properly stocked, and most of the time I go they refuse to make drinks. The workers are usually rude but I can’t blame them because they always look understaffed so I actually feel bad.

I barely wanted to give 2 stars but because it’s close to my job, that’s the only convenience about this place. Parking sucks! Customer service is horrible! How do you mess up an order that literally typed & printed out for you to make?!

I order oven turkey panini and all I got was bread and spinach. Very disappointed, I travel 20 min there and 20 min back in the rain just for bread and spinach.
