Enjoyed working here until they changed the store manager. Within 6 months I've been working i had 4 managers. First 3 we're great our store was like our second home i enjoyed coming to work until the 4th manager came in everything changed within the first couple days i knew i wasn't gon enjoy working there. But before that when you walk into the store it was an home feeling everyone smiles coming & leaving. Our customers was like family i knew what they want & how they like it made. I loved everyone except the new manager not gon talk about that one i just dont care for him. But food stayed fresh it was an clean environment it was always well kept . i quit sucks to say. But idk whats up with the store now came pass all my fellow ex co-workers recently.. They wanna leave soo bad so i know im not tripping lol they've changed majority of everything on the menu which sucks !!!!!

Cosi is a good place to eat on the run and they are noted for their bread and bagels. The food is health oriented. I think the company ran into some financial problems and unfortunately shut down many of its locations. I don't believe this one is open on weekends or after work hours. Anyhow, well worth eating here for lunch from time to time.

I wanted to pass this along and hope it finds it way to the right hands. I have experience top notch customer service with Marquise at your 1700 Market Store. A few times in ordering from Door Dash our order was incorrect, so after placing the order now I decided to call the restaurant and confirm the order. That is when I first spoke with Marquise, he assured me " Christina I am personally going to make this order right" and you know what the order was perfect! Today we placed the order and I called again and I got Marquise, I said oh Marquise I think I spoke with you before, my name is Christina and I ordered from Door Dash, this is where I was blown away, Marquise responded, Yes extra croutons on the side and dressing! This is a tremendous personalized customer service experience! Your company should be proud that he is promoting your name is such a favorable way. We know that lunch will be perfect today! Thank you Marquise!

I have never been here before due difficulty in finding a spot to park my car alongside Market Street or 17th Street, but this time I rode Uber instead. All Cosi staff are indeed very nice. I ordered a Turkey Avocado, and ask the server to put honey mustard instead of Ranch dressing on it. It was a right choice. The iced coffee was also perfect, and it was inexpensive. I sat near the glass window facing Market Street while enjoying my sandwich. It was a beautiful afternoon.

The food was very good, innovative; the staff was polite, and the bread delicious as always. But the men's bathroom was had not been cleaned in a while. Also the poor woman who assembled our sandwiches had to travel from one counter across the room to the other because the main microwave oven was inoperable. It made us tired just watching her.

I eat lunch here ever couple of months and it is a good reliable restaurant. I always manage to get something new, and the half-sandwich/half-salad is a great deal. The line can be long, and does take a while to get my food at times. But I do like that I can just sit down at a table and wait to be called.
