Sam's Fresh Spot

This is the first review I've ever written, on any platform! But I feel the insuppressible urge to say this: I bought the Honey Maple Turkey Sandwich. I took a bite. I knelt, I smiled, and then I cried. P.S. The kneeling down part is obviously an exaggeration, but everything else is true. This sandwich... man... it works great wonders. I've never thought I'd write a review for a freaking sandwich, but here I am. And I hope you will too.

Nice little spot located across Jefferson Hospital’a emergency room. They have a good selection of sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. I have only had the breakfast sandwiches and they are pretty good, have not tried the lunch sandwiches but my coworkers seem to love them. They have a large selection of drinks as well.

#1: They only take cash. They have an ATM onsite. This is that tiny neighborhood deli that looks like nothing but gets mobbed every day at lunchtime. Get in, get in line, order your sandwich from the lady who WILL hear everything you order, pay and be on your way with your goodies. Other reviews are right, they make amazing tuna salad. Their minestrone was obviously made from fresh ingredients, but made without salt -- which is a good thing, healthwise, but I brought lunch back to my office and couldn't find a salt packet anywhere, so it was kind of bland. Otherwise, I'm sure I'll be back while I'm working in Center City.
