Mcdonald's

It is literally the worst McDonald’s in Philadelphia. They make their own hours. Half of the menu items are not available, and the people who service you are really awful. They will look directly at you and act as if you are not there. It takes a lot for me to write a review that is negative, but any time I have gone there, it is terrible. Every time I give it another chance it continues to disappoint. Go to the one on Oregon Ave .

Terrible experience. Went through drive-thru for 2 meals and a chocolate milkshake only to find out that their milkshake machine was broken. The chocolate milkshake ended up being a vanilla. I do NOT like vanilla milkshakes. As I was at the window, a man behind the counter rushed me and just about forced me to proceed with keeping the flavorless milkshake that they made for me. This was all AFTER I had already paid. I was not told about the flavorless shake prior to paying. Go figure. Next he ordered me to park in one of the curbside pickup parking spots to wait for the food. I wait some time then drive off out of anger and impatience. I do not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. Never going back. Service was very subpar.

I hate to give a bad review, but this place literally took over an hour to get me two sausage egg and cheese biscuits and an order of hash browns, and then got the order wrong. I've got to hand it to the manager though, he was holding it together admirably with about half the staff he needed and half a dozen angry customers vying for his attention.

The worst McDonald's, its really dirty outside (probably inside too but I've never been in) , the workers don't care at all about your food or your business. They are just there for a check and the quality of the whole experience shows. I'd drive further just to get better McDonalds. But hey, dont take my word for it, stop in and see for yourself.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve EVER been to. If I could, I would give it 0 star. I ordered 20 spicy Mcnuggets & medium fries from the drive-thru and after I paid, the lady that took my order told me to park on a number parking spot because the nuggets needed time to cook. As I continue to wait for 30 minutes I went inside to see if my food was ready and the manager asked how long I’ve been waiting and where I was waiting at (like what?!). She asked for my receipt and make my order and when I confirmed the 20 spicy Mcnuggets she said that’s not what I had order. When I looked at the receipt I then notice whoever place my order put 20 Mcnuggets with spicy buffalo sauce. I told the manager that’s not what I ordered and she replies with “if you want spicy nuggets you gonna have to pay for that”. Very annoyed and furious at this point I just told them to just get my food ready and she said they’re just waiting on the fries. Got my food, went home, just to find that my medium fries was only filled half way and I got 18 nuggets. Definitely never coming back.

This particular establishment needs new management all together for all the shifts the food is never on time the managers and workers are on tiktok so no food is being brought out on time there have been complaints from customers as well as uber eats drivers door dashers as well as grub hub drivers this McDonald's needs to be shut down for further better employment as well as a health inspection check. Corporate needs to get involved.

The owner/operator of this store needs some serious upgrades. We tried to order through the drive thru and the person taking the order could not understand my wife who was ordering. Because of a bad microphone / speaker. Also the rear of the store where the speaker for the drive thru is located looked horrible. There was trash and supplies everywhere for customers to see.
