Wawa

I go to a bunch of wawa's around the city but this is "my" Wawa. Super accommodating. I feel like I always get more chicken salad on my sandwiches here than other places. Friendly staff. If they're out of your coffee flavor they'll brew a fresh pot for you. Never much of a wait. Orders always done quick and have never gotten a wrong order from them. ALWAYS have those jumbo hotdogs. Love yous!

There were several items missing on my order: I got one pint iced tea instead of two half gallon ice teas, missing a bag of chips and missing a cookie. Called wawa and spoke with someone who claimed that she was the “manager”, but refused to provide her name. Spoke over me the entire time, put me on hold without saying a word, claimed that she “saw” someone put the bag of chips in our bag and that we were basically lying. I called the corporate center because of this “managers” inability to resolve an issue in a professional manner. I worked in a call center before, I’ve dealt with frustrated customers; speaking over the customer, not providing your name, insinuating the customer is lying is completely unacceptable. I can deal with missing items; I cannot and will not deal with rude, unprofessional people who don’t know how to speak to customers and resolve an issue they created in the first place. The corporate wawa associate, however was awesome, take notes “unnamed manager.”

Not a pleasant experience for sure,,,the only nice lady in this store is the one behind cigarette counter and the others just trying to get easy money by walking around and trying to avoid customers by ignore and not even a smile or trying to help customers in any way.now it's 10:53am and they act like it was wrong for customers to asking for help at all,I hope you hire the right person to manage this place as a big corporations you should listen to us as a customer. ( This girl Katie so rude,she seem hate all customers and she need a sit down from you guys big time!!!!

I HATE this location! I LOVE wawa but when I came to this location the manager on duty refused to open the bathroom and when I decided to purchase a coffee it was filled with coffee grounds. I brought it to the manager’s attention and she replied “ok” like not big deal. She then turned around and walked away. On one cares about customers at this location and it’s a shame. People need to care about their job or just don’t do it.
