Mcdonald's

Waited so long for Mickey D's to bring back my favorite breakfast sandwich. FINALLY ! Steak egg and cheese bagels are being served again but...... At this location if they tasted any better than they did this morning (they would suck). They were horrible (dry meat rubber eggs and NO ONIONS). Normally they are tasty juicy drippy with onions. They drive through staff are useless and do more playing on the phone than waiting on customers, play on their own time not while customers are waiting for the food they just overpaid for. If you hire kids that pretend they are in the ghetto then the way they act towards the customer will drive them away. If there was another McDonald's closer then this location would definitely fail and close miserably. In the past year I have seen people get a physical beating in the parking lot also seen homeless people living in an inoperable RV in the parking lot, people bothering you while trying to get in and out of this parking lot BEGGING FOR MONEY ! Contacting management for even just constructive criticism is useless, they just listen and give excuses why they have these problems. I don't want to hear reasons why you fail, how about we will strive to fix it and make your interaction with customers more enjoyable. This store is failing in taste and service. Thanks for stealing my money in exchange for sub par dollar store breakfast sandwiches.

Worst McDonald's in the city since the one on Broad and Arch closed! The Weirdo white guy at the register (he wasn't wearing a name tag) was leaning against wall having a very personal conversation as I stood there waiting to place my order. After about a minute, he finally decided to do what he is paid there to do. When my order was called, a guge black woman slammed my bag down! Wow! I guess it's my fault she's over 300 lbs. and bags fast food for a living. The guy forgot to give me a cup for my soda and when I asked him for it, he was having yet another personal conversation on the front line. When he grabbed my cup, he had his hand all over the top of it! Nasty! I asked him for another cup and if he would kindly just pulled it out and hand it to me, from the bottom. He looked at me like I had three heads on my shoulders! Prior to all this, when I went into the bathroom to wash my hands, one of the employees, was in the mirror twisting his hair! Ugh! I will never ever patronize that McDonald's ever again! Poor attitudes, lazy and disgusting employees. There are huge signs outside saying " NOW HIRING". It's more than apparent the manager is desperate and hires anybody.

Having been to McDonald's in 4 years, The new system is great from the driver thru, but sucks for the walk in customer, I would've gave yall a 1 star, if it wasn't for the one employee whom, seems to run the whole store, also the janitor was awesome. The fries where LOVE!! and those Chocolate Chip Cookies wow! Overall this location could be a PRIME Location for a Billion idea!

I was in line for a half hour just now at this mcdonalds, they shut the lights off while we i was waiting with four other cars. I finally was able to make an order. The guy told me hold on. They take the car that was in the other lane order, then tells me that they are closed. His manager told him to tell me. I ask for the managers name(apparently it was a woman) he said i can pull up to the window to apeak to her. This happen 10:30 pm 4/23. I will be calling corporate and the general manager of that location. Absolutely disgusting/disappointing

9 people behind the counter standing around asking everyone else if they did their job. But nobody is actually working together to get the smallest tasks done. Burgers cold and ice cream melted while waiting for fries as everyone kept telling the worker next to them to get the fries. And I didn't get a receipt. Go to a different one. Took forever, and can't even order in the drive thru.
