Dave & Buster's Philadelphia - Franklin Mills

We took our kids here and had a great time. We went on a Saturday night. Wait times were a little long. But theres so much to do while you wait. For instance we wanted an a bowling lane but had to wait, sonwe were gonna eat but had to wait for a table so we went tonthe arcade and when the lane was ready we learned that you were ablemto order food as you bowled so we didnt bother with dining in the dining area. The food was good, the kids had a blast. All the games and everything worked. Id recommend this place for a nice family night out.

It was a great, fun time here! Music was loud which was awesome! Loved the atmosphere. Lots of selections of games to choose from. All the games/arcades looks new, there were neon colors everywhere. Took 5 kids here to play while adults shopped at the outlets. Kept them entertained. Did get a little bit pricey. We were able to get a lot of stuffed toys from the claw machine which was great. Usually they’re such rip offs and you never get anything. Nice selections of rewards, too. Will come back!

Went here to wait for our table at Kpot last night. Is was clean and not too crowded. So many gaming options so the wait for games wasn't a problem. The bar was a little slow. We only got sodas. Tons of pool tables too. We hate waiting for pools tables to open! Plus the gentleman we sold us our game cards was hilarious. Good experience. Haven't been to DD on yrs but we're gonna come back real soon.

Worst management and corporate office! I was going here for months weekly.. spent about $600 a month easily. Poor service with rich complained to the manager nothing . Called corporate and they were also useless. Offered 100 credits after corporate finally contacted me back after a month!!! . What a joke .. I pay 120 and get 500 credits.. how much is 100 credits ??? really ????. What am I really getting!?!? Round1 is way better I'll be taking my business there.
