Wendy's

To add onto my other review for this location there was also a Hair in my Frosty. I understand that kids getting a job at an early age is a great thing, but managers needs to do better on helping them become more professional. At the end of the day these kids represent this location and you, so why not invest time teaching your employees proper customer service and how to deliver good food quality.

Staff seemed unconcerned with how long they greet the customer before taking their order. This particular Wendy's had a sign at the order counter stating "mask are required and must be worn even if you are vaccinated" however, not one of the employees had a mask on. In addition the food was warm when I got home which is a block away so there's no way that my food was cooked then. There will be no more purchases from this Wendy's. I rather drive 3 miles to the other Wendy's or not eat Wendy's ever again.

1017 bad reviews speaks volumes. The employees have no customer service. Rude and unprofessional. Wendys has fallen so low in quality. I remember when they had a salad buffet, when they greeted you with a smile and they thanked you for your visit. But not here! That can learn something from Chick-fil-A, can’t wait until they open one near this location.

The most disrespectful and nastiness manager I have ever seen and heard in an establishment. No professionalism or courtesy at all. It’s is 5/1/22 at 2:14pm me and family just left service at church and we came to enjoy a nice lunch with our kids. Once we walk in there’s a horrible smell and a mopping hazard pole right in the middle of the entrance . My kids have a seat and my husband and I go online. We are in line for about 27 minutes there is only 3 staff members taking and preparing only orders for the drive thru. When we ask how much longer is the wait , what I believe to be is the manager with no professionalism or respect spoke to us as if we were children. And I quote “ if you don’t wanna wait to can go and I’ll lock the freaking doors, our drive thru is more important than the line we have inside so if you don’t like it go to another Wendy’s “ . We had no choice but to leave and my kids and I felt disrespected and sad for how we were treated. Never coming back and pay attention corporate please.
