It's the most convenient fast food location in Philly center city with a decent staff. Not the most clean and there are always groups of housing deficient individuals sitting outside or inside so the ambiance isn't the best either but that's no ones fault. Overall, go there if you are hungry. The staff is pretty ok and relatively fast. Just check your order before leaving.

For a fast food, junk place, it was actually pretty good. The hamburgers were soft, flavorful and juicy, the fries were hot and crispy and the vanilla soft serve was creamy and rich. Believe it or not, the counter staff were concerned with my satisfaction and well-being and they really went out of their way to meet my needs. Way better all around than McDonald's and Burger King.

For the mass amount of people they serve in an area filled with those less fortunate, they are very efficient and accommodating to all patrons. The cashier's were some of the most respectful young men who dressed appropriately for their job. Thank you also for having a good manager who was visible to the customers and actually managing his people.

Always takes forever even when it seems like they're not busy. Their burgers aren't that big it shouldn't take 10 minutes, then they always put your fries in the bag, fries that have been sitting there for 5 minutes, 5 minutes before your burger is ready. I understand they cook their burgers fresh, but still, fresh fries that aren't cold everytime would be nice too!

It does get a bit busy around the lunch rush, so hurried attitudes by employees are going to happen, but I've never experienced rude here. Dining room is typically clean. The store itself could surely use the new Wendy's renovations and façade, so hopefully something is in the works.
More recently, the service feels to have gotten pretty lousy. Care free attitudes and very slow service has become the norm. Orders fulfilled incorrectly at each visit.

Definitely not a place you want to take your date but it gets the job done. The place is usually pretty dirty, the cashiers are their to do their job so barely expect a smile. The food is done to get you out quick, so not appealing and the buns are usually squished. Price is what you'd expect for the place, the wait isn't usually too bad.

The lines are always incredibly long. There always seems to be trash on the floors. Fries are always cold. Seems to be zero quality control here.
I usually about this specific location but i walked by and noticed they now have chicken tenders, with a sign that makes them look very appealing. The tenders looked nothing like the picture. Overcooked, dry, and cold.
If you want Wendy's, pick a different location.

Great customer service . They are open super late and conveniently next to all the cars and clubs down locust . They hate cooking chicken at night though. I guess because they have already packed the meat up at night so the meat is limited. Great 4 for $4 combo. Super friendly #lgbtq
