Zee Bar

This is a fun place to drink and party. Thought drinks were going to be more expensive but actually affordable. Looking to come back with a certain crowd to keep having fun. The music is good and the atmosphere is not too busy. But maybe because I came on a rainy day and early. My experience was good and bartenders got my correct change and good service. Maybe just a lucky day for me. Will come back. And I recommend!

The appeal to this place is it being open after hours until 3am to keep your party going. It does have a decent crowd and music in a club/lounge atmosphere. The $20 cover is excessive after 2am and the drinks themselves were expensive on top of this. Last call was not announced and the bartenders served a group shots that ran 4 credit cards all declined while ignoring the other people standing there waiting. Since 3am had then passed, they refused to serve anyone else.

Space wise more of a lounge feel , mostly people from the strip club next door goes here when they do not want to go home yet .. Drinks was pretty bad and expensive, i dont mind paying for expensive drinks as long as they are made well and great presentation.If you throw a sloppy drinks together with well liquor than charge 26 for it than it will never be a great time. This place main objective is to get your left over money from the strip club and they are pretty damn good>>>

Gotta love how I paid $45 for 3 shots, and when the bartender swipes my card it comes out to $54. I asked him why did it come out to $54, and his response was, “liquor tax”. Meanwhile I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and has never been charged of this “liquor tax”, just seems to me he was trying to hope I didn’t notice or wasn’t going to say something.

Not a fan at all other than they are open late. I'd rather just bring a bunch of friends over and blare music in my apartment. Because it's a late night club, basically a majority of the guys seem sleezy and trying to take someone home. You're allowed to smoke inside (didn't even know this is legal) which I HATE with a passion. The place is really spacious, upstairs, various rooms, etc with some nice lighting and ambience. Music is pretty decent with a mix of house and hip hop. The place is usually empty though. I've come early like at midnight, DEFINITELY empty and stayed until 3-4am and it gets busy but not really. Drinks are ridic $10 for well drinks. You have to go through security to get in.. like what. There's a cover.. Like get over yourself Zee Bar. And of course, it's off the beaten path.

This place has a lot of potential, but it is run by a bunch of scum bags. They will charge you gratuity on your tab without telling you, they will run your card on things you didn't order, they will put a larger tip amount than you initially wrote down, and they will kick you out for no reason. Apart of me believes they want to kick people out so they can get more people in the door to pay the cover. We've been coming here for a while and I'm officially over it. If you want to get ripped off, this is the place you want to come to. I ordered 5 drinks on Friday and managed to spend $127????? If your looking for an after hours spot, I would recommend CODA.
