Vincent's Pizza

After they removed the old staff (Vincent’s) the quality took a sharp decline. I called today to inform them that I had placed my last order after making a $70 order only to have chicken cheesesteaks with very little meat in them. I called to voice my displeasure and was met with contempt. The old staff actually cared about the quality of the food, this owner could care less. Overbrook, take your business elsewhere!!!

I ordered fish hoagie today— it arrived 10 minutes later — cold. There was very small chopped pieces of fish on the sandwich— it was insulting. I have never received anything like that before from Vincent’s or this new lace. Whoever made the sandwich should be fired! I am on the phone now with the manager who offered refund or new sandwich. I wanted nothing. I’m very disappointed and will never again.

I was excited to give this new place a try. The food arrived VERY COLD and I live less than a 4 minute drive from the restaurant. I had to reheat the Stromboli and it was good for the most part. We also ordered 20 Buffalo wings. The wings were horrible , and for the price they charge for wings it was disappointing. Also, I ordered ranch and even added a additional note after selecting it under options. They still sent Blue Cheese. The convience of ordering out was not met by this establishment. However, the Stromboli was okay after reheating in the oven for about 30 mins.

Purchased food from them today and called to advise the chicken was cooked very hard and it broke off a.part of my daughter tooth. Called and advised. Was suppose to call back. I.had to call back and was told sorry can't do nothing for you. Also the cheese steak was.not prepared with the stuff that was requested. Will not eat there again. I am sorry also.

it's my 2nd time getting a cheese steak this time it was perfect.. I gave them a second chance because the meat was so fresh the first time, and thought ok ill try again and be more specific with my order and mula, it was delicious. Next time im getting chicken and see how good that one will be.....
