Philly's Gourmet Cafe

This location is a disgrace!!! The employees will not treat you with respect even though you are individual there to spend money. The food is not worth buying, at times cold or extremely unappetizing they will fight yell and curse at you if you ask for a refund or if you even try to voice a problem that you're discovered. In the past 72 hours (of my review) a customer was there and was called every form of a racial slur over trying to buy a cup of soda!! The woman was not there to steal she was not there to cause trouble it is a hot day here in the city and she wanted something cold to drink. This location has been known since opening to be very nasty to customers very nasty to people in general but still expect you to eat there

Be careful for tourist. This store will chrage you a higher rate compared to so called "old customers". old customers can get a free membership card to use for the next time, for discounted price and the privilige to use credit card, but the tourist will simply be ripped off because they will not have a chance to come back again. if they think you are a tourist, they will not give you the free membership card even you askes. very rude.

They are next to Independence mall and they don't accept credit card the sell both fruits, main menu and veggies all on same price. They totally ripped off us. Never venture into this. And they are not pit stop in a suburb or country side to accept only cash..this is totally fishy. I would give less than a star

Horrible customer service. The Philly cheesesteak was good, but it wasn't worth staying in there and being barked at by rude employees for paying for our food when we already had. Not to mention they totally ripped us off with the price of the food. Was not a pleasant experience, go somewhere else for a Philly cheesesteak!
