Got our order wrong three times. Handled drive-thru customers way faster than those of us sitting inside. Entire floor and all tables were dirty and sticky. Lots of yelling behind the counter. However, our food was delicious and the woman in charge (not sure if the manager) was very polite and friendly.

We have never had a good experience at this KFC location. The online order takes forever (waited 45 beyond the time scheduled time), missing items, waited 30 minutes after ordering in drive-thru and a whole host of issues. My in-laws, in their 80s, love KFC and this is the only location near their house. I wish they could get it together at this store.

I probably shouldn't even give 2 stars. Awful experience. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building, we waited. When we got to the speaker we were asked to wait. As soon as the woman came back on the speaker you could hear carrying on in the background noise. I ordered 2 large fries (and additional items) and she heard 2 Pepsi, had to repeat order 3 times. Asked to wait again at the speaker for my total. Got to the window and was handed a plastic bag that had a paper bag inside of it, looked inside the bag to see that the gravy was opened and dumped all over everything else. Handed the bag back and they gave the same bag back to us just without the gravy inside of it. The paper bag was ripping for being soggy with gravy. We got handed a large gravy, without a bag, when all was said and done. We were kind but everything was a mess and the customer service at the window was rushed. I don't expect much from fast food, especially at the Mills, but this visit was terrible.

Pls save your time and gas, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLAce. They do not let in Customers in and they are very rude about it. If you don't like your customers to enter, lock your doors or place a big sign outside. You don't need to say rude comments to your customer because you failed to do your job. This place was dirty.

The most unprofessional place to eat at ever. I ordered food through the drive through and the staff member was very rude over the microphone. Once I got to the window I waited so long for my food. If it wasn’t because I paid for it already, I would have drive off. Instead I had to wait and watch how unprofessional the staff was acting inside. They were joking around, playing and the one taking orders was in her ear phones talking to whomever. Almost felt like the movie Madea. Never will I come back to this place of service.
