This location really sucks, the speakers don’t work so you gotta order at the window. The food takes for ever
And be ready for the famous saying “sorry the shake machine is broken

The food here tastes like it was made by a toddler with playdough and carpet fuzz to call this place surface level would be an insult to the ground floor. If you plan on eating at this establishment you're better off eating at the garbage can in front of the place

There appeared to be no one there. The place was(!) open: I was able to enter the lobby; the cash register appeared to be on; the lights were on, but I saw no staff.

I love checkers food but this location is literally the worst fast food place I've ever seen. Speaker has been broken for forever. I pull up to the next window to order and a VERY RUDE worker who was on her phone just looks at me with an attitude and doesn't even ask me what I want. I really felt like she was annoyed that I was even there. The window is all graffitied and a piece of cardboard covers half the window because its broken. She was on the phone the whole time she made the food and I was really disgusted with the whole experience. Do not know how its still open.

The building can definitely use some updating and construction work but the food is exactly how I remember it from when I was a kid. Although it was very upsetting find out that they did not have strawberry banana milkshakes!
OMG!!! I'm so sorry I forgot to mention the absolute amazing customer service I received from the associate. Her manners were absolutely amazing and was extremely helpful in suggesting a difference food option to try as I hadn't been there in a long time and she did say that she was sorry that there is no banana left for the strawberry banana milkshake. I wish all fast food places around this neighborhood serve their customers a little more like this place does!

Best fries I've ever had. These have so much flavor ketchup is not needed. The Big Buford are excellent burgers. Don't miss the incredible Apple pies covered in cinnamon sugar, they were 2 for $1.00. Sign up for their emails and they send you coupons for things like: BOGO free Big Buford, $1.00 large fries, etc.
