Messed up my whole order incorrect items, under filled sides to the point where both my famous bowls had literally a teaspoon of gravy. Lol. It’s completely insane. They had the nerves to tell my wife they given her the correct meals. KFC just has the some worse workers. Won’t be back to this store!

Food was ok. Had no idea KFC no longer serve the bucket of hot wings. It's off the menu. One of my favorite dishes oh well. Not sure why who's idea it is to have one of the employees to come up to you while you're trying to enjoy your meal and ask you to take out your cell phone to complete a survey online about how the service is? Are you kidding me?

Very good service through the drive thru but when I get home,The chicken did not have any of the colonels spices. No taste at all. It was just fried chicken. They might as well call the place Regular fried chicken. I make an effort to drive all the way there and pay the over priced charges just to get regular bland fried chicken. So disappointed because Kentucky fried chicken has always been my favorite chicken place. I hope this was just an isolated mistake from this site. Please bring back the real Colonels chicken ☹️ 😔

I gave up on this place. I only kept going back because of the convenience of being kfc/taco bell so I was able to please the whole family when it came to choosing food. But this place is dingy, Fountain sodas like pepsi never tastes like pepsi, it's either flat or weird tasting. They're very rude, bathrooms smell horrible and even when it's not crowded you have to wait long for your food

Corporate hello !!!!!!!!!!!! Every time I come here (7 times)nothing is ready! No up sale or sale!!!! For the matter . 7:44 pm today we are out of original and crispy chicken ???? Wth they close at 12. Then the story changed due to me stating , your out of chicken crispy and original and coleslaw ? When I stated I will wait demand like !!! It was ready in 15 min .... I'm pretty much done here. I think .. I love u guys but ..... ugggh

Food was okay, but when they brought these new people in here. Their whole vibe and energy will bring u down, they dont look or even sound happy and it will just ruin ya day period. And on top of that, sum girl in the window took my order I said 2 Let's and give me a big box go back inside and they didnt even give me the right order once again after I told them.... Just bad I wouldn't even recommend this place to anyone anymore just bad vibes period
