The salads are pretty good . Im assuming by looking at their rating of 2 stars that people are simply judging the customer service. I literally watched who seem to be the manager push her associate out the way soo she can ring up. Thats what it looked like to me, it was a little rude. I digress! The salads are ok. If im in the area id get one. I wouldnt go out of my way to come. They definitely need better customer service. Update 12/14. The lady mager simply is the works cursed the whole time while making me salad.

First time ordering here in PA. I got to create my own salad on door dash.. it arrived, opened it. Saw big chunks of lettuce, my avocado topping was not on my salad. Which I ordered because it’s on my receipt…my croutons were stale! And my bread roll they gave me was Hard. Yeah last time I’ll be ordering here.

This little gem is hidden in the Food Court at 30th Station Philadelphia and it's really delicious. I have been to 30th Station many times and I had never seen this food place. It's basically salads, but you have many choices and the servings are big. I ate it before my 9pm flight back home to Vegas and I was amazed that I didn't get hungry at all on that 5 + hour long flight. I definitely recommend it if you find yourself in the area.

52nd Parkside salad works is the worse tried them 6months apart and nothing has changed.. Order online for 2:30 pick up. Why I wait at the counter for 30mins yes until 3 since I paid for my salad already no one came.I don't think they even opened.7am ShopRite manager put there out of date stuff on there station why the salads wraps etc were still sitting there.He went to check to see if they were in there fridge no one in there..My first time 6months ago I waited at the counter and it took forever for someone to come behind counter..They need to be shut down..Still waiting to hear about my refund..And I took the bus all the way from SW I wanted my salad....

African American Female was laughing it up with customers while I had to sit and wait. I and more upset because I ordered for pickup and my order was supposed to be ready at 1:15 I am still standing here at 1:31 and she did not start on my order yet. What is the point of setting a pick up time if you’ll be waiting another 15+ minutes. Very frustrating. Also her co worker(male) was nowhere to be found. When I go to salad works it is usually a. Pleasant easy process. Therefore I believe workers such as these are only detrimental to your company. Thank you.

How do you forget dressing at a place that specializes in salads… Update: Went back to the store and the lady knew she didn’t give us dressing because she was out of it. Why would you give out a salad without dressing. She said “would you like a deferent dressing after we drove back?” I will never go to this salad works again, the stupidity of people amazes me. Would give 0 stars if I could.
