As a Pakistani, this is the best Pakistani food I've had in Philadelphia. My review will mostly focus on the food, not the customer service. That needs work, but the food... They may take long, but it's worth it. You can tell it's fresh and made from scratch. That's why I'm okay with the wait. They've always been nice and consistent, I've been going here as long as I can remember, and I've seen their restaurant improve in it's appearance, but the food remained just as good. Their bathroom and general stuff like that could use work, but besides that, a generally good experience besides just the food aspect. While they don't take reservations, I won't be too upset about waiting for a table. Overall, great food. Make sure to come hungry.

The worst restaurant I have been to. Problem with the restaurant so far 1) They do not have parking. 2) If you have a baby or a disable person they do not have way to take stroller or let alone anything to grab if you need to grab that is safety hazard. Bathroom is unclean & do not have changing table for the baby. Will be a complain to food safety department. 3) The staff behavior is worst. 4) The menu price and what is getting charge are completely different. For an example, I ordered chick peas as side & was served with small amount they charge me 9.99 for small chick peas. Everything is overpriced and the food is not even that good .

Horrible customer service. They don’t take orders over the phone, and when we arrived they refused to take our order in person. They often “run out of groceries” and their customer service is awful. You have to constantly ask for condiments/salad/utensils, etc, and the entire staff are rude and dismissive. The food quality is not at all worth the inconvenience of dining here and dealing with the staff. Avoid at all costs, go to kabobeesh instead.
