I wouldn’t recommend this apartment. I’ve lived here for a year. The rent is $1750 for approx 515 sq ft and it’s going up $100 next year and most likely the year after. That’s crazy because my new apartment is 1253 and it’s 891 sq ft! Don’t pay to live in a place like this. Unfortunately, I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. Parking is $130 a month and there’s barely any room to park and you will be put on a waiting list. It’s not worth paying to stay here! Also be aware that the maintenance help will knock a few times and just walk in without notice! I was in class online one day and couldn’t answer them so they just walked in. It scared the living daylights out of me!look somewhere else … it’s not worth the amount they’re charging . Thankfully my lease is almost up! Also, they have this bonus given to current residents that if they recommend a certain amount of people , they receive a check… be careful because they’ll try to lie and say you used a real estate agent when you didn’t!

I am currently living in Warehouse Apartments locates at 9 North 9 Street. The management is a disgrace to PMC property. According to the Manager of the property (JENNIFER), Residents have to wait for 4 months for parking, it’s first come first serve basis. However parking is always available for outside commercial customers, but there is a wait for the resident of the apartments. Instead following up with them for months, we haven’t received our parking spot till date(08/20/2020).
The guy working with the management he is so great, he goes ahead and calls the towing company to get out car towed, instead being a resident and on the other hand you find a ticket from a police in a private property for parked in Handicapped spot. So I spoke to the towing company, who told me that ask your property manager to give them a call that you are a resident, so I asked them to call them, which they never did, so now I have to pay $200 for the Towing, instead being a resident and pay additional $301 for Handicapped parking in your own apartment parking.
Customers are never welcomed to share their complaints, when you go and speak to them, they either have no time to listen or they will be come back later, which never happens.
The property manager trues to threatens saying i will look into you’ll
Disgusting customer service.
Never ever think of moving in this property it’s a rip off, if you on their website, they have advertisement of free WiFi and a parking lot on site, for which you never get a parking unless you move out.

Overall, I enjoyed my year-long stay at these apartments. The security people and the maintenance crew were always very friendly and responded to requests in a timely manner. The BIGGEST pain was dealing with the management, who were incompetent at best. Jennifer and Kianna have, on multiple occasions, failed to do their jobs. How is it possible that handing rent checks and documents to them DIRECTLY actually caused us problems rather than mailing them?! They have mishandled these checks and documents causing the tenants to pay for extra fees because it was "NEVER" their fault. If you ever have to deal with them, please record conversations and take pictures of EVERYTHING. I have no idea how they still have their jobs... Now I know why people rated these apartments lower. It isn't the actual building itself that is the problem. It is the PEOPLE who have been entrusted to run it.

I like really loved the windows and the shopping area on Broad st. The lobby entrance and intercom settings looked wonderful. Door man looks responsive and alert. City help and MD is very close for my health and family, including my wife and animals, such as my pets. I was told there's aced.ic school tightly abundant in the area. Life will be great to explore freely. Just in case of an emergency there's also a game room in the rear side panel of the entrance. I truthfully like to be alone, in that case its a little helpful to ensure public safety. Car parking and lovely dining restaurants are superb in suburban courtesy street. I just love it and I know my wife Ms. Nesbitt will love it too!

First let me start off by stating I write few reviews. However I do read them often, which I did for this building. I do the same for restaurants and travel. And I see patterns of which I am often amused at. So with that stated let me state my and my family's thoughts.
Maintenance is great, on top of any and all issues.
Management is tough, but fair, always willing to listen and fix issues (I lost a hot water heater and it was replaced quickly) they then credited the difference that the bad appliance had on my electric bill. Thank you Jennifer! She is the Site Manager.
I have an opinion when one complains about traits they find offending they need only look in the mirror. That is why they recognize it so well.
We have lived here a short time (6 months) and love the door/security folks,
and find it to be a great place to live. It is centrally located and very walkable for the city, in any direction or area. Shawn B 6/10/2014

Awful management. Wish I could give 0 stars. I had a terrible experience with Alison Kreitz from PMC. She was extremely rude, impatient, disrespectful and very unintelligent.
After paying my $1000 security deposit for an apartment at 9 N. 9th Street (which is supposed to prevent the lessor from leasing an item to someone else while the lessee verifies and arranges the finances), she told me I had a week to send my proof of employment (I was a student at the time, and so was waiting for my loan counselor to authorize that I could pay for it). However, My loan counselor was on vacation. When I contacted Allison about this through phone, she said she would consider this and get back to me. Meanwhile, she deposited my check anyways.
She contacted me exactly 1 week later through e-mail (without any warning at all) saying that I have given up my right to the apartment and that it is back on the market and I will not get my security deposit back. I complained and brought up the fact that she said she would give me extra time which she now denied (wish I had recorded the call as I now do when dealing with important matters). Anyways, I sent her a statute from Pennsylvania Law claiming how its illegal for her to not give me back my security deposit if I havent even signed a lease or moved in yet. She then realized that she cant dupe me and told me to come pick it up in the office (even though I requested she mail it as I was in Georgia at the time). When I drove all the way up to pick up my security deposit, they were extremely rude and wouldnt even let me use the restroom. Stay away from this place! If you do however check this place out for yourself, at the very least, avoid Alison Kreitz at all costs!
