Pete's Pizza

I ordered my food at 7:40. It’s now 9:40. This is the worst. Still haven’t received my food. I guess they are so busy the customer service goes out the window. Wish l would have looked at the reviews before l order. Can’t say while l eat because my food hasn’t come yet. I know it’s gonna be cold. Got my oven set on warm because l just know how this is gonna go. 10:03. Still haven’t received my food although the lady answering the phone was empathetic the manager says he “told me it’s no longer in the store” didn’t have her decency to come on the phone to at least acknowledge me. People need not patronize this business and he will see how much customer service matter. So they got my money and l guess my food is secondary. 10:25 received my pizza and wings ICE COLD

The delivery driver was rude & ignorant. I asked if he rang the bell. He said that ain't his job. I answer the phone or that's it for my food. I called the store to speak to a Manager the female told me to hold on. 10min I was on hold never got back on the phone. Customer service is a big part of why business loss customer's. This is my first and last time ordering from here. People like that driver will do thing's to your food.

I absolutely love Pete’s Pizza pizza however this location is under new management and the service is horrible. I am not greeted with professionalism or a welcoming attitude. When I call over the phone you can hear the attitude in their voice and their is not proper etiquette in the way the speak to you. My food is not cooked they way that I ask. I have given them a few chances because as I have mentioned I love their food but now I am very disappointed and heartbroken. Please train your people and get the orders right as people ask them to be cooked or prepared. Take care.

It's really sad on how people treat you when you spend your hard earned money with there company. First the person answering the phone had very bad customer service skills. All I ordered was a pizza and all the cheese was on the box part and not on the pizza. This is really sad I will never order here again. I really want to put this picture up of the pizza but don't know how but I definitely took a picture of my pizza cause I never seen Nothing like this ever.

Way too much and the onions and green peppers was to big. I had asked them to cut my onions and peppers small but they did not. Also where is the crust there was hardly no crust it was like eating a lot cheese with meat. The reason I go to petes is really because of their crust it has a very good flavor and I did not ask for thin crust so where is the crust. When I tried to heat the slices up it fell apart because of the crust.
