Mcdonald's

These are the stale nuggets. I’m not sure how this location operates continuously using dishonest business methods. Are the good chicken nuggets in the back somewhere while management says something like “let’s sell these old ones first before opening the new bag of nuggets”? I’m not understanding how this McDonalds is undercutting the lowest of service. I at least expect my cheap meal to not be stale. The food already is cheap, but this is deadly. I guess because it’s in a predominantly black area no one will do a darn thing about it either.

Absolutely aweful. Twice I had deliveries from this establishment via 3rd party app. Filthy. Miserable employees. Employees cursing & refusing to work. Establishment did not place an item in the customer's bag & when I questioned them on it they claimed to be out. I asked if they informed the customer &/or offered a substitute & the reply from the manager was that they don't do that. I use the same app for food orders & have had many communications from restaurants letting me know something was unavailable & offered a substitute or other option. Even after I insisted they inform the customer, they refused. The store was not busy both times I was there. One employee was genuinely trying, but it was genuinely sad for her.

The worst mc donalds I have ever been to. I went for delivery and the place is dirty. Too many young employees playing around not working . They play games while working literally, throwing towels, not cleaning the ice cream.machine, holding up drive thru. Playing with doors. One minute the door is open the next it is not. They ignore delivery drivers. Do not go there for food. Do not order from there. Straight up! Disgusting!

Horrible McDonald's. Will never return. I ordered 2 20 piece mcnuggets one with sweet and sour sauce and one with spicy buffalo. They charged us extra for the sauce, and then gave us all sweet and sour...told us they didn't have spicy buffalo after we had to honk and knock to get them back to the window. Then they gave us mustard sauce We drove over all the bumps and pits to find parking.. The nuggets were stale! Easy order. And they messed up all of it.

If I would rate this store it doesn’t even have a number to describe the unsatisfactory rating to give them. First of all I go place a order then along with a pineapple & mango smoothie, before placing it I asked if they had that flavor , they said yes. So after paying come to find out they didn’t have it , so they like u want something else No , just refund me my money . They took over 20 minutes in the drive thru , the cashier said they have it now , ok so I will take it , another 20 minutes, here go the supervisor said they didn’t have it, so I explained to her what the problem was. So I told her to just refund me. So another 10 minutes later the cashier come, and pass me a smoothie. Trying to pass it off as a pineapple and mango smoothie, but it was a strawberry and banana smoothie that I never ask for. I am very disappointed with the service. Then I’m allergic to strawberry. I tried calling but the phone was not working.

I went to McDonald's today and got a Filet-O-Fish combo with a bacon cheeseburger on the side. I was eating it in my vehicle in the parking lot and listening to an audiobook when I glanced up and saw the McDonald's worker I ordered outside having a cigarette. She waved at me and I nodded and had to wait 7 minutes before she went back inside and I could eat in comfort again. I don't think that employees should be bothering or even trying to socialize with customers outside of the McDonald's restaurant or drive through, but that is another story. I went to McDonald's for dinner tonight and got a McChicken combo with a bacon cheeseburger on the side. As I was driving to the second window the same girl was still working. She was acting somewhat obsequious and attempting small talk when she asked, 'why don't you come eat inside instead of in the parking lot where it is cold'. That really bothered me for many reasons. First of all, I don't want my routine or actions to be tracked by a fast food employee. Secondly, she should not try to tell me how I should live my life. I do not want to eat inside because I find it less comfortable and would much rather be inside my vehicle listening to an audiobook and enjoying myself and my privacy. Overall, I think it was very unprofessional to bring this up. I should have a clean slate with each drive through visit, not have to get the third degree because I committed some sort of faux pas. Which I don't think I did, because I often see people eating in fast food parking lots. How does she know I am not busy going to work or somewhere in a rush?
