Cleopatra Cafe

Name looks good middle eastern so went to the cafe for Hookah. The owner/order taker was not so welcoming. No menu in this place. No written of cash only. No prices mentioned. He straight gave us the Hookah and ask for flavor. When asked for bill/receipt he said 30$ for 2 people 1 Hookah. Only 2 coals given extra coal will be charged. No food. No card accepted. Hookah was not the best. There is a much better Hookah cafe just 2 block away. DO NOT GO HERE. Overpriced, rude, arrogant and CASH only.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR HOOKAH! I will state facts: 1. Cash only...it’s 2018, why? 2. For 2 people, one hookah is $25 and you get two coals. For 3 people, the same hookah is $35. For 5 people, the same ONE hookah, is $60. 3. To refill those 2 coals, is $2. It’s not an unlimited refill amount. 4. Drinks were $12.50 per person, to equal the amount of not getting a hookah 5. You MUST buy something or you will get kicked out. Meeting friends who are not interested in hookah is not an option here 6. One shot of alcohol is $20 So in my opinion, the guys who run the place were rude. I dusted off the coal with a used mouthpiece and an employee came over to me and tried to tell me the coal was good and to leave it alone....what!? At least the music was good though. That’s the only good thing about the place. I spoke to others in the establishment and they also had the same sentiments I had about the service and the rip off the place was.

If I could give them 0 I would. Came in there just sat down we asked for a menu he said no menu so I was okay with that he named what they had (with an attitude) then said "never mind we have everything" so at this moment we all (4 of us) are confused and we asked ok how much are hookahs? He says 30 for each but on the phone said 25 so we hold him that and he got mad and said "order now or leave" VERY RUDELY so we were confused and angry and seeing as though we just sat down. He calls mikey and he explains (nicely and professionally) it to me and my brother how it is after hours prices and etc. Goes up to 30. We just left after being disrespected by no name. The reviews are true but we thought they weren't, stay away from there. Oh and it was dead for a Saturday night so they will try to get more money outta you.
