Mr. Hook Fish & Chicken

Paid 36.00 dollars for my food, paid for 2 clusters and 10 shrimp never got the shrimp as you can see called to ask how to get my food the employee who works at the front desk tells me she doesn’t know she isn’t the manager and can’t help me and hung up on me this is the craziest thing. I don’t understand how you could pay for something that they mess up and they can’t fix their problem I will never order food from here again the customer service is the worst and the girl at the front desk needs to be fired she is horrible ppl work hard for the money they spend on anything and for someone to no give a damn about that is crazy to me.

I'm only rating 1 star because I can't give zero. I got rotten food. The corn was BROWN, the crab legs were BLUE on the inside, the potato was BROWN. The only thing that looked to be somewhat good in the platter was the broccoli and I couldn't trust it. I took back my platter to them and filed a complaint. Why would you serve people spoilt food. Especially seafood which can easily cause food poisoning. To see I was hungry

First of all the flavor is good on the hot wings but they have all drums and it use to be 7.99 for 12 wings now they are 12.99 for the baby party wings and the cashier with the multi color hair is not attentive to customers that comes in the store. Had I not tapped on the window, I probably would still be there. I won't be going back. To expensive for small portions.

Ok food at best, horrible wait (45 min at the least), and even worse service. Drove over to order, waited at the counter for 5 min, only to have the rudest, nastiest dirtiest counter girl I’ve ever encountered scream at her co worker, then me she “too busy to take anymore orders.” The same girl that usually takes orders and money was also cooking, with NO GLOVES, or MASK. After looking at previous reviews the owner knows the issues with his productivity as well as the blatantly disrespectful dirty little counter girl, which shows a lack of respect for the clientele and/ or community.
