Burger King

We’ve been to this location a couple of times. The food is hot and fresh. Customer service could be better. Tonight I stopped for a quick meal for the kids and paid with a credit card. I asked the girl if everything was in the bag. Of course she says yes and does not bother to double check. I checked quickly because I didn’t want to hold the person up behind me. Get home and we’re missing 2 double cheeseburgers. I called the store and spoke to Doug. I was told I have to stop in the store for a refund. He was nice but the point is that people need to be more careful and take their time. I rather wait longer to have what I paid for and my order right.

This is the second time I've come to this burger King I asked for a ch King deluxe sandwich which consists of lettuce tomatoes and pickles as you may see in the photos and receipt we got home and no lettuce or anything else not sure if the person reading the screen is illiterate or just doesn't care about customer service 😒 a customer should get what they paid for

If you have a specialty order go in the store, don't go in the drive-thu, it's just a big waste of time and if I didn't have to go back to work I would make a bigger deal of this. You can hear in the tone of their voice that they don't want to do what you're asking them to do so just go into the store so they can't get away with it as much as they can via the drive-thru.
