Wanted a fish sandwich. Ordered the whiting fish platter which comes with fries and coleslaw. Also ordered some crab sticks. Fish platter - I wish the fish wasn’t fried so hard but it hit the spot. Fries were okay and the cole slaw was pretty good. Crab sticks were just right. Customer service was good so I would go again to try something else.

I love they food! I go here often actually. but customer service is always lacking, The lady at front counter has been this way with me several different occasions even if you are not the most pleasant you should always maintain professionalism the lady at the front sounded irritable an was passive aggressive so I became a little overly polite hoping she picked up on my sarcasm an when I said “thank you have a good day she rolled her eyes like what the heck lol but cherry on top a well dressed man came in when I went in for pick up an she had a totally different demeanor

I ordered late Thursday night and picked up my food about 10:45pm. By the time I got home it was after 11pm. I ordered salmon and scallop Alfredo. As soon as I opened it it was a heavy fish smell but I thought to myself ok it’s seafood so I proceeded to attempt to eat it. The salmon was awful. Smelled bad and also taste like the fish was bad. I did call the store and I was told that there’s nothing they can do because I had not saved the bad food and returned it. He said thanks for the feedback. I think this is extremely rude and inconsiderate on a meal that was $32. If the store was still open when I figured out that the food was bad I would have just returned it that night but since it was already closed I couldn’t. Wish they respected the customers opinion more.

I have never had an issue with ordering from here before. I ordered salami n and shrimp Alfredo 2 days n a row and the second day the food had a spoiled taste. I was told it wasn’t the salmon it could be the cheese n that i’m the only customer that made a complaint! And u said that to say what?? I found that to be very rude and this came from the owner/manager.. I wasted $21 no worries !!! They will no longer have me as a customer!
