Got fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and shrimp and got ripped off only three shrimp and half a chicken tender and half the noodles I should have gotten I paid $20 for this! Not cool especially when I call immediately and got no compensation for the short order. If you not watching the cook they will burn you!

I called them at 7:54 to order some pizza it’s currently 10:45 and I still ain’t get my food and I already paid I’m so disappointed because it’s literally 5 mins from my house and they still ain’t bring it I don’t even want it I just want my money .

The worst cheese steak I ever had lol. Took 1 bite and trashed it. Pizza arrived cold, when I heated it up the cheese got rock hard and didn’t melt lmaooo.

I ordered mozzarella cheese fries for my daughter the lady that took the order made a mistake and picked cheese whiz to I didn't ask for it now when I sent them back it's a problem they don't wanna deliver to my house the lady that answered the phone is very rude and unprofessional and they lost a loyal customer for the last 20 years

THEY NEED TO FIRE WHOEVER THEY HAVE ANSWERING THE PHONE TAKING ORDERS, SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. 😡😡 WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE, YOU SHOULD HAVE PEOPLE WHO CAN BE MORE HELPFUL WHEN PEOPLE ARE PLACING ORDERS BECAUSE WITHOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS AT ALL. AND BECAUSE OF HER YOU GET A POOR RATING, BE MINDFUL OF WHO YOU HAVE PICKING UP THE PHONE BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW WHO IS ON THE OTHER END TRYING TO SPEND MONEY....

Aweful!!!! I am a frequent customer and i ordered a pizza and cheesefries and almost 2 hours later still not here and their now closed so they arent answering😡 losing a loyal customer over stupidity

Never ever ever order delivery from here. Food is always ice cold. Pickup also takes up to an hour most days.used to be insanely good but quality has taken a nosedive.
