I really like the food there but had a bad customer service experience there on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. I walked in at 6:35 wanting to order one of their specialty pho dishes for Wednesday(Wednesday was forecasting snow) because I knew that they are closed on Wednesdays. But when I walked in one of the cooks asked me if I was “picking up for Zach?” When shook my head “no”and was proceeding to tell him what I wanted he cut me off and said that the kitchen was closed. I’m assuming since they were slow and I didn’t call my order in ahead of time, closing the kitchen 25 minute early was more important than putting together my pho dish.? That being said I wouldn’t walk in on a week day 25-30 minutes prior to them closing and expect them to honor their posted hours. The food is good, I just wish their service was on par with it.
