7-eleven

My 7-Elevens are just 7-Elevens Wawa is in much better place to go at 7-Eleven you can barely understand what the cashier is trying to say to you the stores are not as clean and wiped down as Wawa. I highly recommend if you want a better experience go to your local Wawa and enjoy better service and food.

Thursday, October 3, 2019 at approximately 8:48am, I entered 7-11 and encountered the most ignorant and rudest employees ever. I requested money orders the clear/cashier said “we don’t have money orders” Me: when did you stop Her: oh the machine is down Me: that’s a little different than “ we don’t have them Her: well it’s clear now I walked away only to her her calling me a “B” I said “what did you say” She said “I wasn’t talking to you At which point it spiraled our of control quickly! I eventually contacted the owner which is a very nice man!!!

I'm a regular customer here and I have been in there pretty much 5 mornings a week for almost a year. I have to say this is one of the cleanest 7- Elevens compared to the nearby stores. Staff is also very friendly.The main reason I'm writing this review is the great service I encountered here. I thought I left my wallet in the store. I went back in the afternoon and inquired with the manager.He patiently listened to me and checked with his staff right away. He took my number, and told me that he would check the camera. I ended up finding my wallet in my car. Later that same day I received a call from the mgr that he watched the tape and said I walked out with wallet in hand.I thought that he totally went above and beyond in trying to help me. I will continue to get my coffee here on the way to work!
