Though the location is a bit off the center of chinatown, drinks you find here are delicious. I had their creme brulee pudding tea which was great! The tea was smooth, the vanilla flavor was there and the pudding was soft and jiggly.

I like jasmine milk foam from this place. I usually went to this place before covid and I think the price is reasonable. However, I came during covid and the price increased too much. A large milk foam with boba is 6.75??!! That's ripped off. Can't afford that much for a cup of milk tea!

I came here on a cold and semi-snowy weekend afternoon, and I got a medium herbal jelly milk tea, no ice, no sugar. My drink came out quickly, but it was sweet, probably from the herbal jelly. Their tea was also of low quality and wasn't very strong. he herbal jelly was quite average, not super silky and smooth but not too hard either. I sat there chatting for a bit and they weren't very busy the entire time we were there (for about 1.5 hours). It's a clean and comfortable place located on the outskirts of Chinatown, easy to get to. My drink was $4.05 including tax which is reasonable, but the quality really isn't there.
