Checkers

After searching for something to eat forever we finally found this to be the only thing open in the area. So after placing our order we approach the window to be Greeted by a worker with no uniform, gloves or hair net. She cooked the food right there and bagged it she never put our money in the register. We were told that 2 Med sized number 6's and an extra fry was $22. When we got the bag there were 3 small fries all less than half full and the cups were small. We were told that there were nomore med or large cups when they were sitting stacked up next to the window in clear view. We were never given a receipt and when we gave the bag back and requested a refund the girl walked over to the corner and came back with a 20 dollar bill and a 1 dollar bill when I told her she was a dollar short she said she had 4 quaters in her pocket. I can't belive that they don't use the register,give receipts, and blatantly steal money right in front of customers. They don't even give you the full size you pay for lie about not having cups and they don't even hide the damn cups.This girl had to ask what we ordered in order to refund. I really wonder how many ppl go through this at this location. Management needs to handle this situation. I'm calling corporate on these ppl. The last time there was only 1 person working and she moved so slow and was so busy talking on her phone we went to crown fried. Guess what same thing tonight. At least they have large cups open late and give you what you pay for, and you come out way cheaper too. So if this place doesn't want to send their customers down the street they better fix these issues.

During my drive thru visit. I was greeted why a loud hello. I started asking for an order of funnel fries, the guy in the speaker said they dont have any. I asked did you run out, he said yea. Every checkers however never has them even early in the day. I then asked for an order of fried of which I was talking to myself no one responded and when I said hello are you there no response. I closed my window as it's cold outside. Asked for small fries and a hotdog. The guy did not give me a total, told me to "pull up fo your hotdog and medium fry". I pulled up I saw employees laughing and conversing as I waited for my order and total and someone to come to the window. I got an attitude, rude employees and unlikable food as the hotdog smelled bad and fried were burned and there was trash in my food bag not from me. Not recommended by any chance.

I've been going to this checkers for about five years now and I've never had a problem. The food is always fresh and I never have to wait a long time and the service is always friendly. The young people that run this checkers do a great job and it seems much cleaner than the McDonald's across the street or the KFC next door
