The lady at the drive thru service was incredible, but I ordered two additional famous bowls along with my order of 12 piece family meal and never got the famous bowls. Also I got original instead of crispy. I paid for them and never received them. This place is the worst with getting the orders correct. It's a convenience to have them so close to the house, but not receiving what I ordered is really messed up. I highly recommend you go to a different franchise instead of this one. Most of these employees are incompetent and can't get an order straight. Sorry lady but not sorry at the same time.

This place provides wonderful service and enjoyable food. The best place in town. The meals came out fast and the prices are reasonable. Will definitely recommend this spot.
