I like Manhattan bagel but this location disappoints me everytime. It’s the one closer to my job and I still rather drive 30 min out to get a meal. Today they sent me a muffin that was so stale I almost broke a tooth. The wrapper on the muffin was dam near glued on. Like really this muffin had to be sitting since last week . I can’t even believe they sold it to a customer! Idc how hungry I am , never again !!!

Modifying my review from 5 stars to 2. Been coming here since I was a kid. First time they made a mistake. Ordered a nova lox bagel. Came home and there's no salmon on the bagel. So disappointed. They've been perfect so far.

I went in for a breakfast sandwich, my free birthday one this time, because I decided to give them another chance after I was unhappy with my last sandwich, which was not free, a couple of months ago. On my first one a few months ago, it was sloppily made and had no flavor, this one was missing ingredients, the egg white was paper thin and over cooked, I am so unhappy, although they are nice, it doesn't compensate for the lack of serving good food done right.
