Papa Johns Pizza

I FOUND A SHARP METAL OBJECT IN MY PIZZA! I placed an online order for a Super Hawaiian pizza, bread-sticks and cinnamon pull-aparts. The estimated time of delivery was 31 minutes and it took an hour (not usual for this location). Shortly after arrival we began eating our food and while eating my second slice I bit into something that was unnaturally hard. Upon inspection I found a shard of metal baked into the pizza! I immediately called the store directly and informed the person answering the phone of the situation, He in turn put another person named Jonathan on the phone who told me he was not the Manager. I was told that the Manager is not in and that he would call me back in 20 minutes. I requested that they check the food prep line and areas but it did not seem like it would be made a priority. 30 minutes went by without a call back so I called the Customer Care line and filed a complaint. After 1 hour I finally received a call back from the Manager and the issue was explained again. I requested a full refund but was offered a replacement pizza or a credit for the pizza only because we received the other food (LIKE I AM GOING TO CONTINUE EATING THE OTHER ITEMS AFTER FINDING SHARP METAL IN THE PIZZA)! Then the Manager comes with the insulting excuse of "we don't have any metal in our store" to which I responded "A PIZZA STORE WITH NO METAL ARE YOU SERIOUS!" He then toned it down and stated "I will give you the benefit of the doubt but I can't be sure where the metal came from" but was still unwilling to refund the entire purchase. At this point he was very rude and short, stated something to the tune of management will get you a refund and hung up.

Placed an order at 12:37pm on 01/03/2021. Delivery had still not arrived as of 2:07pm. I contacted the establishment and was told that "the order was delayed" but that it was "on it's way". I asked for an ETA and was informed "15 minutes". After this discussion, I checked the status of my order online and found that it was "cancelled". The employees at this establishment are dishonest. Do not recommend, unless you want your time wasted.

They tell you 15 minutes over the phone and when you get to the store your food is nowhere near being ready. There's 8 people in the store right now. They are slow as lava in here never again will I come here. 🤬🤬 Good thing my game isn't on smh. So if you have nothing else to do then you will be fine other than that Don't be real hungry
