I used to frequent this place since it was so close to my old job. Staff is friendly and remembered us as regulars. If we placed a large order they would usually throw in complimentary hash browns or something. They remembered my order since I went so often.
It's a Dunkin. It's not gourmet. But the staff at this location are pretty good and you can expect to get in and out quickly with your order.

I have several Dunkin’s near me and this is my favorite one to go to. The staff is always cheerful, nice and helpful. It’s never crowded which is nice even though it’s located in A busy area of center city. The food is given to you quickly and the longest I’ve waited was probably about 2 minutes. It’s kept clean which I appreciate since the one about 2 blocks is not. The food is standard Dunkin’ quality so I don’t expect anything out of this world. What really keeps me coming back is how friendly everyone is.

Excellent Customer Service. Delicious fresh pastries Reasonable prices. Treat yourself! You owe it to yourself. They make the best hot tea with much honey.

This Place Has Some What Good Customer Service But This Morning When I Got My Coffee I Was Half Way Done And I Notice A Bug Inside Of My Drink. I Was So Disgusted I Started Throwing Up At Work , I Dont Know If It Was In The Ice Or The Drink Or Cup But Either Way Its Bad !

This place is never open when it's suppose to be. The manager is always late by at least 15 minutes. Then, don't show any remorse for all the people waiting there. Web site says they open at 4am, but they really don't open until 5. I feel sorry for the regular employees that work there.

Usually my go to Dunkin but every since the App has become the major form of ordering: I feel that if you are there in person ordering you can be waiting for a long while during the time the staff if processing all of the orders coming on over the Application/online.
Usually very crowded now during the work hours
