There's a pandemic going on and it's really unprofessional for a customer like me to walk in and see no one wearing a mask at all,but as soon as I'm seen by who I'm assuming is the manager,he seem's to tell everyone to rush to put their masks on. I've been in here a few times actually and not once have I seen anyone wash there hands after seeing someone drop something on the floor or anything and the mask thing makes it even worse. To add not all Primos are unprofessional,but this one is,always seems like the one manager there has a bad attitude and needs to loosen up quite a bit. And to add one more thing,Why is it so difficult to order something over the phone and how come my order gets wrong each time,not to mention I got food poisoning the last time I ordered, which was indeed the last time. All in all this location is the worst,save your time and breath and go to the one on Welsh or Street Road.

They never have the drivers I don’t understand why they say that they deliver and there never available and also don’t deliver on Sunday which is football day y’all would make make good money I don’t understand how you run a business. I’m never satisfied when calling this specific primos on frankford ave all the other ones are cool this by far is the worst primos in the city of Philadelphia
