Terrible drive-thru service and food. Burger and fries was cold and not fresh. Had to get them to remake the fries. We really should have gotten our money back. Worker on her phone and didn't want to be interrupted. Condiments and straws left out of the bag. Very poor service. This location does not even deserve a 1 star to be honest. Go somewhere else to eat for real.

skip this one and go literally anywhere else. slow, terrible service, broken broilers so only fried food available, poor taste... if there's a problem a fast food restaurant can have, they've got it. and not just one time... I've tried to come through this place almost a dozen times over the past few weeks thinking they'd be able to turn something around... not a chance.

Sometimes the food is just OK, sometimes cold and hard; usually they're out of anything you might want to order, but I could tolerate that if the service wasn't so horrible! The people operating the drive-thru are always rude and full of attitude, talking among themselves and barking orders at the customers to pull forward, when there isn't even anyone else waiting in line! They always forget the condiments, napkins, and utensils, and have yet to get even one order correct in my experience! Then I receive something usually with the outside wrapper covered in grease to get all over everything and cups without the lids sealed on properly that spill. It's like they deliberately try to drive customers away!
