Pizza Hut

The only reason I gave Pizza Hut three stars is because my local Pizza Hut does not deliver to my apartment and I am literally two blocks away. I don't have transportation so I have to get out and walk to Pizza Hut every time I order anything and have to carry food two blocks back to my apartment. But yet I can call Domino's Pizza which is about 3 mi away and they deliver every time. The medium pizzas are basically the same size as the large pizzas. They need to change the delivery policy and they might get a higher rating for that.

I'll give 2 stars bc lady working there was nice. But I ordered for carryout as soon as it opened. Took me 20min to get there and pulled to drive thru and saw a van waiting. We were waiting for about 15min. Then I had to call and see if they were actually open. Lady said they are working on it. So I went to pump gas across the street and came back. Waited another 10min or so before food was ready. Pan pizza crust was bad no hut seasoning. Really didn't want to go here but my wife wanted to give it another shot.

I called 3 times with no answer, then called again the 4 time and they answered it and nobody would say anything, it’s like they answered it and put the phone on the counter. So I’m sitting here for 15 mins now while on the phone listening to their conversation about how bad it is to work there while someone had order a pizza.
