About 3 weeks ago I got sick from eating here, not sure if was the chicken or the Yum yum sauce but I have diarrrea and general sickness. I decided to give this place a break for a few weeks and today after school my son ate there and I've been dealing with him vomiting and diarrhea since 6:30pm and now at 2:00am finally thinks seems 50percent better but I'm going to have to call him off from school due to This place. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!

Chad is the best employee at this location! He was very helpful during our first time here in explaining the ordering process. He doesn’t fail to impress us, every visit.
Great quality food, great service, dirty vents on ceiling!!.. came back again and vents still nasty! Yuck!
The girl employees seem to always be on their phones. Disappointing.. They could be cleaning and tending to customers rather than looking at their phones.

First time here, I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi bowl with fried rice. THE best I have ever had! Food was fresh, and the wait was not long. Will be back soon.

When someone doesn't receive a part of their order and needs to return to get it, the employees should say that they are sorry. Ideal hospitality is about apologizing when things go wrong for the customer. Some members of your team need to be retrained on this.

Mommy and I went to Genjigo recently and it was very, very good! I got steamed rice, double chicken and double steak. I added some Yum Yum sauce and Hot Sauce to my meal and it really hit the spot. Have a blessed and stay safe out there everyone! 👍🏽

When I stopped in, the place was packed with maybe 20 or so people waiting for their food. It took a while to receive it, but the food was delicious! I always think the food from this place is a treat, its tasty and the portions are large. It might be best to order ahead of time either online or by phone so that you can avoid some of the wait times during the lunch and dinner rushes.
