Mcdonald's

Hubby ordered two burgers ketchup only. Received one correct, one with pickles, onion, etc. We pull back to the window and tell them one burger was wrong. Sadly, I ate some of the burger, never dreaming they would want it back! I mean, the guy at the first window saw what hubby showed him and said to pull up. Why waste the food?! In the end, snotty little girl comes to the window and says, "Why you (never a good way to start a conversation!) want another burger?" Hubby tells her it had stuff on it. She says, "Where it at?" I say...I ate most of it. Hubby says, "You wanted it back??!" Little girl says, "Well, yeah. You eat it so you don't get a new one." Dumbest thing ever. I totally support teenagers working. I'm totally against teenagers being in charge. If I could give no stars, I would.

If I could give negative stars I would , everytime I've come here the staff have been extremely rude and unprofessional. In the winter time I came here and they were closed earlier than they were supposed to and when I went up to the speaker thinking they were open I said hello and a boy responded and said they were closed and was rude and then proceeded to cus me out over the speaker , then when I went up to the window a girl threatened to call the cops bc I wanted the boys name to make a complaint, then i hadn't been back since and went there tonight bc I was out that way and again a boy was very unprofessional and rude so I just cancelled the order and left . I will never be back to this location and will tell everyone I know not to as well .

Worst mcdonald ever Order sandwich today They gave me bun and patty that's it No cheese ,no pickle ,no sauce Wow man worst managers atleast train your employees well. Educate them how to make simple sandwich. People spent their money and time in your ridiculous drive thru .Treat them properly atleast.

no one would answer at the drive thur even though it was open, all the lights were one. I drove around twice and didn't see anyone inside but cars outside. while driving by the second window from where you order I saw a girl hiding behind the wall from me peaking out at me. Then my daughter went to get breakfast and got three egg mcmuffins and three hash browns costing 17 dollars!!! They told her they can charge what they want! This location is almost beside our house but we will drive to Reynoldsburg to get mcdonalds. No one should pay these prices. and the service is the worst EVER!!
