Hungry Howie's Pizza

Our first time ordering pizza from here and it was great. We ordered the "3 Cheeser Pleaser" and unlike other places we've ordered from there was indeed lots of cheese on our pie. Wasn't a huge fan of the ranch flavored crust (hubby's choice & he loved it) but we're looking forward to sampling more from the menu. Excellent in store customer service for carryout.

Great pizza, tasty flavor crusts and pleasant customer service! Their pizzas always surpass other area pizza places especially because they never skimp on their toppings. We’ve been ordering from here for years and even though we moved to th far end of Reynoldsburg, we drive out of way to pick up pizzas from here. The deep dish is super crispy and always baked perfectly. We also have never ordered with the regular cheese on ours, sometimes none and sometimes with just feta and they have ALWAYS GOTTEN IT RIGHT!!! Our orders always confuse other pizza places but never Hungry Howies. They’re doing something right!

Since I can't call to voice my complaint, cause nobody will pick up the phone for the last 2 hrs, I will just do it here. I am beyond upset!!! My company has always ordered from you and I think today was the final time. My upper management told us to not order from you anymore due to all the problems we have had in the past with this location and with not getting food here on time and they having to give us an extended lunch. But I always kept giving you chances and I'm just tired, regardless how much I love your calzones, I'm gonna have to call it quits. We've always ordered like a big group of about 10 ppl and the orders were always in the $60-$75 range, not including the $15-$20 tip we would give. we always had issues but this time, it was just 3 of us and we just ordered 3 calzones and I thought that would be an easy order that I placed online at 10:14am and I put I needed it delivered by 11:55, right before our lunch started. The receipt shows it was printed at 11:10a and it shows that it is due by 11:55a. Why was it so hard to give me a call and let me know since you had to see I was expecting it at 11:55a. I started to get concerned and tried to call from 11:55am and kept calling and kept calling cause my other coworkers were getting upset cause they would have went out and got something to eat if they knew our order wasn't coming. So I did the right thing and at about 12:15p, I gave them their money back and apologized immensely, cause lunch was about over and still no food. The food finally came at 12:45pm. I was told that I should have been called and advised of the delay and asked if I still wanted it since it was gonna be late. I told her that would have been nice cause I would have just canceled it, but atleast you have my money for the last time, that's all that matters. :-( I wish I could be refunded my money but I've been burned too many times by you so I know it's not possible!!! Update!!! August 22 - 2 wks later. I did go to site that was given and filled out everything and still no response. This place is a joke. They fix it by avoiding and ignoring you. That's how they fix a situation. I tried to contact Corporate and they dont even care.... ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!
