Mcdonald's

I stopped in last night and ordered some food of which included two hot apple pies. When I opened the Pie it was very hard and dry and appeared hours or even days old. I took them back to the restaurant to get them exchanged for fresh ones. One young lady was being very courteous gave me another one in exactly the same condition. So I asked for a refund for the pies. The manager there then came from the back with a VERY nasty attitude and said “You’re going to have to take something else we don’t do refunds” The cashier that attempted to help me informed me that it would take 13 minutes to make fresh pies for which I couldn’t wait for. So I ended up with a microwaved cinnamon roll just to keep my sanity. It’s a shame you apply for a job you’re not qualified to do. If you don’t do well with people don’t get into customer service. That manager needs to be fired because I’m sure that’s not her first incident.

Poorly maintained McDonald’s. If you are passing through go somewhere else. Place was full of smoke from the grill, exhaust fan must be broken. Machine didn’t print receipt. Only sweet tea available, but wasn’t labeled. Extra bits of things I didn’t order made their way in to my burger from an obviously dirty prep area.

So if you go inside be prepared to also wait on yourself. They will not take your order only tell you to use the kiosk because they're too lazy to do their job. That's not all folkes, they will even rob you look you in your eyes not count your change back and short you and dare you to say something abouth how your two quarters don't add up to .53 cents they're supposed to be giving you...simply because they don't wanna take the time to reach for the pennies....yea just a few pennies but how many times a day do they do this ..hmmm. now that's good for thought
