I feel bad because the workers they had were doing all they can but it took me about 20 mins to get my order, they were having a hard time frfr. Hope things get better.

Went through the drive thru. They didn't have the meal I wanted, didn't offer any type of substitution. Pulled up to window, wasn't greeted friendly, attendant took payment then asked us to back up past the line. Other customers had to drive around, paid & received their order while I still waited & waited.

The BEST drive thru crew member I have ever encountered in this time. Friendly, smiled, door and made the experience so pleasant. On the food a little SALT would really enhanced the bland flavor. For real y'all.
