Justin was so attentive and always asked us if we were okay. I ordered the tri-tip and it was great. blue cheese dressing was awesome! my dad had the wings and they were really really good. we came during a rush and the staff handled the volume incredibly! We usually come here after traveling for the holidays and we will continue to come back! If you decide to come here, ask for Justin, truly a very caring industry professional.

I go to this restaurant chain a lot. I LOVE their tri-tip, ribs, mashed potatoes, and caesar salad. I rarely ever have a bad server. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 for one experience I had in which my bill should've been taken care of at the restaurant but cooperate ended up contacting me and doing it instead. Though that moment customer service wasn't 5 of 5 at that time, I'm happy they reached out and agreed my bill should've been taken care of. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars if I could! This was only 1 serious incident that was an accident. Please remember that just because someone doesn't throw a tantrum or cause a scene, that it doesn't mean you don't treat them the same way you would a mean customer.

Lots of variety, went with a party of 6: 4 adults 2 kids, everyone could find something that suited their needs (small plates, meatless, picky eaters). Service was good, Justin was very attentive, asked if we needed anything and how everything was several times. He did let us know that it would be a minute as he had to get orders for his other tables, when we first sat down, but that he had started the kids on their appetizers (bread and fruit) and they would be right out.
