Was thankful for sidewalk seating because the music inside was too loud. The fish tacos were wonderful, the shawarma was okay. The painkiller was yummy!

Pretty chill place to hangout if you can get in. It's generally pretty crowded. The prices of drinks are a bit overpriced compared to other bars.

Great selection of local and semi-local brews + yummy snacks! The staff is always super nice too. Gratuity is included on the bill!

Great for a date or with friends. Not a lot of seating space. High quality food and amazing fish tacos. $$ definitely. Would recommend for a special occasion in a small group. Friendly environment especially on Wednesday nights. Has a very cool interior aesthetic.

The chicken wings are the best, and the drinks are very interesting and refreshing for someone like me who loves cocktails. Must try in squirrel hill! I would go there again for sure.

For a concise menu they pack in amazing dishes that can accommodate almost any dietary restrictions. My partner and I love going on wine Wednesday’s (they have a really amazing assortment of wines) and blowing of steam from the day. Very glad they require Vaccines and boosters as so many places don’t seem to.

Had a lovely drink and dinner after work yesterday with my girl. Atmosphere was perfect. Service was good. Food was delicious. Drinks were drinky. Company was beautiful. Highly recommend the experience.

I've been a big fan of the Independent for years and recently discovered they have a decent non-alcoholic section on the menu! I'd love to see them curate a NA beer/mocktail list to match the craft beer list, but in the meantime the Brooklyn Special Effects was amazing with their elote.

Passed on the wings with only 6 to an order in favor of the fries. The plate was enough for four to share! More than the two of us could finish. Sliders were great. Draft list was wide and varied but not overwhelming. Will absolutely return, not many other places for a beer or cocktail nearby (though it looks like a spot will be opening around the corner on Forbes). But that may just add an option, as Independent Brewing Company needs to be a stop if you're looking for good vibes and a drink.

Great place to grab a drink! We visited early in the afternoon on a Saturday and found a seat immediately. Our server was great and so was the beer! Highly recommend this place if your looking to grab a quick drink. They have food as well but we didn't try anything.
