Texas Roadhouse

We just had dinner at Texas Roadhouse. Kaylie was our waitress. She was friendly and made us feel welcome she made our dinner so nice. We both had prime rib. I had mine med rare, and my husband had med. Both were done great. It was a great experience at a reasonably priced restaurant. This was our 3rd or fourth time we've been here recently, and it has been constantly good. 12-8-23 We ordered take out . McKenna took care of our order . She got everything right. She was kind. The food was hot. I highly recommend trying it.

Went for an occasion and had an overall good time. Waitress was very sweet and attentive, but manager was a little rude when my aunt complained that her steak was not a filet (it was thinner than our sirloin steaks). She said that she already ate too much of it. We weren't looking for free food or anything, but she never even apologized.

The service was great! The waitress name Carmen was very professional and kind. Kept coming to are table asking if we were okay and if we needed anything else. The food was awesome without questioning it. Texas Roadhouse located in Southland shopping plaza in Pleasant Hills, PA is my favorite restaurant. Employees are friendly and helpful. Restrooms are clean and sanitized. Will be back soon.

We had the most amazing servers/service at our most recent visit here. We've been to this location before and service has always been good. This time had our entire group (20 total) in awe. After a very long day our family called to see if we could make a very last minute reservation for a group of 20 people. We were told about an hour wait. We expected it to be longer. When we arrived they actually got us in about 10 mins earlier than we were originally told. Our servers Joe and Amber were there to greet us and promptly took our drink orders. We had 5 kiddos with us and Joe made sure to get their orders and get them out quick to them because we all know hangry kiddos are a bit like wild animals. He joked with them and actually complimented their parents on how well behaved they were. It was certainly humbling to hear. Amber made sure to get my in laws who arrived slightly later than the rest of group their drink orders and food quickly as well. We were checked on frequently and they both were so nice! At the end of our meal Joe brought out a little make shift note to our family and it took us all by surprise. You see, we had just spent the previous 8 hrs + at a funeral service for a family member who passed very unexpectedly. He heard us talking about it and brought out a small handmade sympathy card with a very sweet message to our group. We cried happy tears for the first time that day. Those two were amazing and brought some joy into a very stressful and otherwise sad day. I'm certain they are the best servers we've ever had at a restaurant. Stay amazing Joe and Amber! (and the rest of the crew from that night!) Thank you for all you did.

I took my family out for Father’s Day to this location. Our Server was Serena and she did an amazing job ! Especially, for how full the restaurant was . The food came out in a timely manner and everything was excellent! Cooked to perfection! We will definitely be back and I hope Serena is there so we can request her .
