Spak Brothers Pizza & More

I think these guys are the best vegan pizza/sandwhich shop in Pittsburgh, no joke no scam. It’s not all vegan but that’s ok. Their pizza is a very large portion. I normally get their vegan cheesesteaks or their vegan calzone, which sometimes I prefer over their pizza. You need to order online, and there’s no sit down in the restaurant itself, but the nearby brewery offers seating so I go there to eat pizza. Overall, you can’t go wrong.

I’ve been a vegan for 7-8 years & I’ve only had Vegan Pizza here! They did mess it up a couple times & put regular cheese so do check your pizza before you leave I’ve also only had seitan wings once… They were great But these Seiten wings here at Spak Brothers are somehow beyond a galactic level of amazing, the garlic ones especially…. & ONLY $7!!!!! I cant even put into words how incredible they are 🙏🏼👽

Closest thing I’ve found to proper pizza in Pittsburgh. I’ve enjoyed classic pizza several times, but have found calzones to hit the spot lately (although once in a while they’re slightly undercooked)… Importantly, while waiting for my order, I feel like an old lady reminiscing about the times when I worked in a busy hectic food-service environment, but the staff don’t let on that they also think I’m an out of touch old lady, so kudos to them.

So delicious and fabulous vegan seitan wings in honey mustard sauce with ranch, so well done vegan bread sticks with tomato sauce and so great vegan Pittsburgh sandwich! We loved it all ate it all and will come back for more. Very friendly owner and staff. You can't go wrong with this spot in Pittsburgh, they serve also non-vegan regular menu. So everyone can enjoy!! Seriously this self-made seitan is better than in LA.

Today I took a walk from Children's hospital to a few stores and decided to stop at Spak Brothers on my Way back. They have a wide selection of spectacular Pizza,Subs, calzones, salads and Appetizers. There is also quite a decent selection of drinks and my most favorite #TurnersIceTea. Service was exceptionally fast and the owner and other employees were very friendly and helpful. The Blue Steak sub is excellent it has fresh chipped steak, fresh minced garlic, mushrooms, onions and green Peppers. #Turnersicetea #Glutenfree #Vegetarian #freshingredients

So happy to find an Italian place that offers such good options for vegan eaters. They have pizzas, calzones, salads, subs, and fries that I can’t wait to try. I ordered a vegan calzone that was delicious with a side of vegan garlic sauce that was beyond this world!! The ordering process is super easy and the pick up even more.
