Fun place, accepting of all types of customers.
Overdose in the back room last evening, by a small group of unsavory characters.
Not sure if the young man survived.
Perhaps closer screening at the door would help.

I had an amazing time last night for NYE! The queens, bartenders, shot boys, and bouncer were all absolutely amazing!! I’m so happy I found this spot while visiting, will definitely be back every time I’m in Pittsburgh!

Love this place the vibe, clientele, as a Transwomen and entertainer( musician/ artist) i say "don't just come for the drag shows( they are great) but come for the "OPEN MIC" NITES whoooo hooooo

Second gay bar I went to in my life. Went to first pride, most ppl in bar were mix, gay, lesbian, straight support. Loved the drag show. Bar tenders worked butts off.

Just a great all around queer dive bar. Especially on karaoke nights, the crowd is a fun eclectic mix of Pittsburgh personalities.

Great prices for drinks, quick/friendly service, and the whole bar was watching the newest episode of Drag Race. Great vibe, would definitely come back/recommend it to others!

Im afraid I don't remember the name of the bartender, but he was very friendly! I know it was a Thursday, and that he was a dancer who had been to Cleveland. Definitely the reason we will return in the future! We had been here once before when it was very busy and were not impressed, so cheers to him!

Blue Moon is a great bar, especially on nights with drag shows. Really eclectic, friendly crowd and zero pretension. Can be incredibly quiet early in the evenings, so head over when a show is starting or after 11. Can get really Smoky.. but most bars in Pittsburgh have that problem.

Went here for a drag show. Arrived three hours before show start time and got to see the place fill in. Seemed like a good mix of all sorts of queer folks...definitely a good spot to grab a drink and be yourself!
Loved the vibe, the drink prices, and the drag show! Will definitely return.

A nice, two-room bar, with bar-room in front and room with pool table in back. Weekly drag shows and Karaoke nights are held in the front room. Very friendly management and staff. Diverse clientele -- including some straight men who one or two of the drag queens seem not to know how to properly interact with...oh well. All-in-all a fun place.
