We always order delivery and pizza Palermo is the only place that consistently delivers even faster than their estimated time and has tasty pizza. Mike was our delivery driver and he followed the instructions perfectly and got here literally 20 min faster than estimated AND the pizza is amazing.

Great value for price and lots of good deals/offers. Love the Buffalo chicken tenders and the pizza is good! The staff, Jacques and Natalia, are really kind and courteous.

Pizza Palermo is my go to. Their food is always good. I order from them all the time. They have good customer service and I've only had an issue with my food like twice. And they were quick to rectify it. That's good service! Today Joc took my order and as usual I was satisfied with my service. Great job!

Was welcomed kindly by Jacques upon arrival. Nice , well lit restaurant. Food was ready before originally anticipated and tasted fantastic.

Had a lot of family over for a gathering last night and ordered pizza, hoagies, and wings from the Penn Hills location. The employee who took my order when I called was very helpful, offering suggestions and providing information on the selections. The food came quicker than I was promised and all of my family really enjoyed the food–hardly any leftovers!

We got the steak and cheese pizza. The "steak" must have been shaved beef, because it was all burnt to a blackened crisp. Disappointing.
