Panera Bread Cafe 2346

During my second visit to Panera Bread, the establishment once again exceeded my expectations for what one might term "fast-casual dining." If you have yet to take advantage of their mobile ordering system, I would wholeheartedly recommend it; it is both straightforward and efficient. On this occasion, I opted for the BBQ sandwich and tomato soup combo, a selection that proved exceptionally satisfying. Despite my general aversion to tomato soup, I found myself enjoying every last drop, even using the perfectly-baked baguette to mop up the remnants. The BBQ sandwich, too, was an impressive balance of texture and flavor—neither too mushy nor overly sauced. Although I initially became a patron of Panera Bread due to their much-acclaimed charged lemonades, this subsequent experience affirmed that there's more to relish here. The serene ambiance, delectable cuisine, rapid order processing, and commendable hospitality all coalesced to create a truly remarkable dining experience.

This place is basically the same as any other Panera Bread location though it doesn't have any unique places to sit like a lot of the other places, at least they continue to use Pepsi Products for their fountain drinks which is most enjoyable though lately the Panera Bread places I've gone to are not serving caffeine free diet Pepsi anymore as they used to and I miss that

I placed an order for takeout food. The young lady at the counter where you order and pay was so kind and patient. She answered my questions with a smile on her face and didn't rush me as I made my selections. She smiled, laughed and was very pleasant. She is a great first impression. Waiting for your order is another experience. Waited a long time to pick up my order. The staff behind the prep counter were concerned with completing the phoned-in orders; and ignored the growing line of customers waiting inside. My items were thrown in a brown bag hurriedly so my soup leaked (an room temperature), and my Mediterranean bowl was on its side. Bowl only had 3 olives! Someone behind this counter got butter that I requested, and then, apologized for the long wait.

Very short wait at lunchtime. Service was very good and the pick up area employees were very friendly. My husband and I both chose the pick 2 and he was slightly disappointed with the chicken soup as it was mainly broth. I had the broccoli cheddar and it was excellent. His turkey bacon sandwich had lots of bacon and small amount of turkey. My Cuban had an abundance of meat. Overall it was a good experience.
