This McDonald's in Pittsburgh was clean above all else. The employees were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. It just so happened that the Steelers were playing this particular weekend and it was festive.

Came during dinner, there was a game going on, but clearly the crowd hadn’t let out yet. Place wasn’t busy. Got our food hot and fresh. Manager was courteous and helpful. Never had a basket of fries option before. That was unique and neat for my kiddo.

It's Mcdonald's, but service was good, burgers were good. The fries 🍟 were really hot and crispy. Nice salting too. My first time having a basket of fries. It was nice amount, shareable and price was not bad around $ 4.59 considering you pay that for a large size.

Food was fresh and the music was an absolute vibe! I literally didn’t even want to leave after my son and I finished our food, they were playing ALL the bops. 10/10.

Food was hot and delicious.! Best McDonald's I have had in a while. I rated customer service so low only because I went into order and they made me go to the kiosk to put in my order instead of just taking my order right then. Since I was paying with cash I had to go get someone to help with that as well. I just think my time was wasted and the respect was not there. If I HAVE to do it on the screen then what are you here for?

Everything was perfect. My 20 pc. Chicken nuggets, small fry were warm/ hot and crispy. And the nice gentleman of a staff member that gave me my food gave me 4 BBQ sauces instead of just 3 like normal. Very thoughtful and useful (I ended up needing all 4 sauces for my order.) Also, my Lg. Fountain drink was delicious. Perfect carbonation & syrup mix, ice was clean and available. My order overall was delicious, perfect temperature, and exactly what I ordered.
